2-3 handfuls Spinach
1 Ripe Banana
¾ cup frozen berries
1 cup Water
Throw all ingredients in a blender (a high-speed one like a Vita-Mix if you have it).
Blend like crazy.
Add an extra banana for more sweetness and staying power.
Berries turn this smoothie purplish-brown. It’s not pretty, but it tastes delicious!
Feel free to add beans or flax seeds if you think you’ll be hungry.
